Find Your Item
You can either search for a specific item you’re looking for or browse by department.
Add Items To Your Cart
Spotted something you like? Add it to your cart by tapping on the "Add to Cart" button. You can also adjust the item quantity by using the + or - buttons.
Review Your Cart
You can check what’s in your cart anytime while you’re shopping by tapping on the red cart button and also view your item total, adjust quantities, or remove items from your cart.
When you’re ready to check out, visit your cart and tap the green "confirm" button. You will be asked to select a date and time for your delivery. Add your delivery address and select your method of payment.
Go ahead and place your order!
You will receive an email for confirmation that your order is successful.
Methods of Payment
Paying By Credit Card
You can select this way of payment if you're paying by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercards. Once you have successfully checked out, your order is automatically confirmed and processed.
Cash On Delivery
You can select this way of payment if you're paying by cash. Please note that you will be contacted by one of our representatives to collect payment. Payment must be received first before your order is confirmed with us.
Adding Specific Items, Replacements, Or Delivery Instructions
There will be an option for you to add specific instructions about your order during your checkout. By adding instructions, you can let us know that you’d prefer greener bananas—or help us find your apartment to drop off your order!
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN NASSAU, BUT WE CAN STILL DELIVER TO PARADISE ISLAND. Adding delivery instructions can help us deliver your order quickly. You can add delivery instructions while checking out before payment. Your delivery guy will see these instructions when they are on their way to you. Please be as detailed as possible.

Specific directions for hard-to-locate front doors
Your driver will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to let you know when they are on the way.
Receiving Your Delivery
After the items in your order have been picked and packed, the delivery process will begin.
To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend—
Keeping an eye out for text messages and phone calls from the delivery driver
Giving helpful instructions for parking, gate codes, or other clues to find your home to your driver.
Your driver will ask you to check your order and sign your invoice as an indication to us that you have received your order.
Missing an item?
If you're missing an item, please contact us by phone at 242-814-8840 or by email at email@example.com.
Let us know—
Your name, order number and the item that is missing.
Sometimes the item you want may be out of stock.
When this happens, you have two options—
Replace with the best match: Your shopper will call you. If for some reason you missed the call, he/she be prompted to select the best possible replacement for your item. This is the default option for when your items aren’t available.
Don’t replace: If you’d prefer not to replace an item, you will receive a refund once the item is out of stock.
Items are subjected for substitution by our discretion due to the COVID-19 crisis (stores are not always accessible)
Keep in mind that you’ll be refunded or charged for the difference in price on any replacement items. You’ll receive notifications when an item is replaced or refunded by your shopper via a call or email.
Cancelling Your Order
You have until the day before your delivery date by 8pm to cancel your order to receive a refund, in which there will be a cancellation fee of 5% deducted from your refund.
To cancel your order you must—
Send us an email to notify us that you would like to cancel your order along with your name, invoice number and date of your delivery. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been cancelled.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our Terms and Conditions.
To request a refund for any reason, you must make your request within 5 days of delivery.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order—
Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt.
Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.
Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank.
Our working hours have temporarily changed due to COVID-19 crisis.
We can be contacted between the hours of 7am-8pm.
COVID-19 hours for deliveries will be between 2pm-7pm. this can change as we receive updates from the government.
We will only accept orders at a minimum of $100.
